Summary: Our stay was okay overall. They only had one elevator working, so it took forever to get to and leave the room. They were sold out this week. It was frustrating. Stairs are fine, but not with young kids who do not have the stamina to climb up to the floor in which we were staying. Housekeeping failed to leave us TP and coffee (wanted both each day, lol) each time they did a “tidy-up.” I always had to go and fetch these from the front desk, which never had both in stock. So inconvenient. They never left enough towels; 2 towels is not enough for 4 people. Beware that the pool now closes at 8 pm, and that’s barely enough time to get back after 5pm, go and eat, and actually have time to swim. Otherwise, the room was clean and most of the staff were friendly. Sadly, I will probably look for a different hotel when we come back next time.

Summary: We are glad to have found this hotel as an option for Pittsburgh. The bed was comfortable and having a full size fridge was nice for our stay.

Summary: There's no place to park to check-in. It is nice to have parking nearby. Staff took care of requests. Breakfast okay. But no lactose-free option. Bed comfortable. Room big. Loved the view from the 9th floor. Quiet. Great location.

Summary: It looks like it underwent renovations recently. It is a nicely designed, decorated and spacious hotel room with plenty of space. We loved that it had a kitchenette with a full size refrig and microwave too. the gym is a nice size with good quality equipment. We didn't eat there so cannot speak to the quality of the food. While I found the bed somewhat uncomfortable, admittedly, I do have back pain issues. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel.
